• Driving Cost Effective Projects Driving Projects with internal stake holders related to new products, customer complaint reductions Ensuring additional responsibility of New Product Manufacturing startup & alignment Handling multiple third-party manufacturing smoothly at one time
• Ensuring NPD trials at third party facilities

· Ensuring the online process in Balaji standard take corrective action in case of any deviation in Quality parameters.

· Conduct continual improvement (AET) meetings.

· Verification of plant & production lines hygiene.

· Daily verification of PRP, OPRP, CCP & Implementing GMP, GLP GHP Practices

· Proficient with apical software of quality modules & all SAP Transaction in QA32.

· Manage all shift activities from Quality end.

· Ensure packaging quality parameters such as Air fill, Oxygen content, Perforation, Leakage, EGA (Excess give away).

· Prepare plant KPI

· Training to all newcomers & packet checkers.

· Handling customer complaints by applying Corrective action & preventive action.

· Daily Gemba walk activities & Sensory evaluation of finished goods.

· Conduct internal Audit of cross department as per ISO norms.

· Supplier evaluation of raw material & packaging materials.

· Internal calibration of lab & external instruments. (Online moisture meter)

· MOM with vendors on any issue related to Quality.

Ensure the quality of all raw material, packaging material, finished goods & record vendor development

· Online process verification

· Calibration and verification of all line equipment

· Quality analysis of all raw material, packaging material & finished good & maintain records

· Monitoring the overall manufacturing and packaging activities on the shop floor

· Verification of plant hygiene as per food safety norms

· Verification of OPRP and CCP

· Assist transaction in SAP operation

· Taste evaluation of finished goods

· Maintain proper records of PARLE formats.
