-Plan schedule &manage monthly payroll activity & ensure timely deliveries.
-Responsible for statutory compliances(Gratuity,ESIC,PF)
-Processing the PF& ESIC Payment and submission of documents.
-Manage end-to-end Full& Final Settlement process of employees, which includes verification of all required documents and calculate pending dues, unpaid salary, variable pay, gratuity .
-Resolving payroll discrepancies
-Processing the Salary to the employees
-Daily Attendance uploads of in & Out Timesheet
-Resolving Leave related issues in timely manner
-Contract Labour end to end Payroll
-Leave &Attendance management
-Providing salary input to finance team for Payroll processing
-Responsible for full & final settlement and issuance of relieving & experience certificate.
- Responsible for PF& gratuity to ex-employee.
-Personal Files and Document Maintenance.
-Answering employees’ inquiries
-Conducting covid vaccination camp
