- Year 1 (2022):
- Successfully bootstrapped and grew two Midwest accounts to 90+ FTEs: FV (from 5 to 32 FTEs) and TDS (from 8 to 65 FTEs), covering product & platform, data, QE, DevOps, and product management capabilities.
- Proposed and implemented a GCP Data solution for TDS, migrating from legacy CTREE-based POS systems (B1 - 100%).
- Gained the confidence of Abu Khan, SVP at Metasys (a key stakeholder at JCI), by delivering 109 complex MUI test cases, despite a one-month delay, securing an extended SOW through September 2024.
- Year 2 (2023):
- Successfully renewed both FV and TDS accounts, achieving a 45%+ GM by emphasizing engineering rigor across 8 product lines.
- Presented three proactive proposals to FV to maintain the run rate: Test Automation, IoT-based mobile tracking, and a Kafka blueprint for enabling a streaming platform.
- Added 40+ engineers to JCI across Open Blue, Companion, and MUI in Q1 2023, maintaining a healthy margin of 43% (B2-60%, B3/B4-40%).
- Proposed a proactive RDR decoupling solution for Open Blue and MUI Product test automation.
- Managed a JCI-BMS escalation, replanning execution while collaborating with the customer (B1) and driving engineering rigor.
- Year 3 (2024):
- Bootstrapped the Eaton account, onboarding 10+ embedded engineers in three months.
- Achieved 52%+ fulfillment from TC since April 2024.
- Reduced downtime on Dex Workbench to zero and increased Mega dashboard delivery rate and data quality.
- Leading revamping and streamlining of the TC operations team.
2. Leadership and Team Development:
- Successfully onboarded and developed 70% of new hires, significantly increasing the team’s capacity and skill set in Python Web Development, GCP, and .NET.
- Participated in all Data hiring panels as an EL member, identifying the right talent for Altimetrik.
- Identified and groomed Engineering Managers (Rajes S., Ranjith, Sumaiya, and Shruti) to manage engagements independently.
