• Lead and supervise a team of 16 Safety Supervisors and Junior Safety Officers across multiple high-rise residential construction activitie
• Develop, allocate, and monitor HSE manpower deployment plans and duty rosters in coordination with the HSE Manager to ensure effective site safety coverage.
• Manage project-wide procurement planning for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety materials, and emergency equipment, including requirement forecasting, purchase requests, follow-up, and issuance control.
• Conduct regular inspections and performance reviews of the safety team to ensure effective implementation of HSE procedures, safety standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Monitor and verify the installation, maintenance, and compliance of fall protection systems, edge protection arrangements, safety nets, hard barricading, and other critical safety controls across the project.
• Lead monthly HSE review meetings with project management and prepare detailed HSE performance presentations (PPTs), statistics, trend analysis, and action plans.
• Coordinate with project management, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with company HSE policies and statutory requirements.
• Develop and maintain HSE inspection calendars, training calendars, audit schedules, and compliance monitoring programs.
• Maintain and update HSE trackers, legal compliance registers, corrective action trackers, training records, incident statistics, and project safety documentation.
• Review risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work activities to ensure effective hazard control measures are implemented.
