  • Led the design and development of Admin and client portal, which reduced many manual interventions like excel reports for reservations, metadata info for hotels, rates and rooms, a single tool which will be used by peers, operations team and customer support. Enabled reservation modification which removed the hefty process of cancellation and rebooking. Developed it using ReactJs, SpringBoot, Java, MySQL and AWS resources.
  • Designed and implemented scalable services for margin updates which updates 6M/sec using Serverless framework, state machines and AWS lambdas, S3, nodejs and MongoDB, that serves millions of margin reads and writes in parallel.
  • Enriched system metrics by integrating the aws log groups, facilitated in-depth logging to extract the stats for API loads.
  • Led the development of several products like Tripflip web & mobile apps for B2C, from identifying system requirements, design and partner dependencies to workload balancing, software implementation, testing, and deployments.
