• Creation of vendor master data in SAP and BPCS
• Reviewing the purchase requisitions submitted by requesters, verifying the Quotes attached as per quote policy.
• While reviewing the Purchase requisition if any mismatches found, blocking that PR and informing the requester regarding changes.
• Creation and conversion of purchase order from approved and validated purchase requisitions.
• Performing the amendments of purchase order with respect to vendor and other department requests
• Communicating and following up with vendors to acknowledge the orders and ensure on time delivery.
• Resolving the issues related to the purchase order for the queries of another department.
• Pulling the reports for handled Purchase orders and issuing to the team lead.
• Collaborating with vendors to resolve quality, quantity and other documentation issues.
• Responsible and assisting to sourcing, negotiation and selecting the vendors.
