Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to drive life insurance sales through the Bandhan Bank channel under the Third-Party Products (TPP) vertical.
Ensure consistent performance across the cluster in terms of activation, productivity, and revenue generation.
Drive joint customer visits, lead conversions, and strengthen customer relationships through effective field engagement.
Train and motivate bank staff through regular sessions on insurance products, selling skills, and compliance protocols.
Collaborate with bank leadership (Cluster Heads, Branch Managers) to drive business alignment and enhance partner relationships.
Maintain adherence to regulatory norms and internal processes, ensuring quality business and audit compliance.
Analyze data to track trends, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement strategies.
