- Built and developed an engineering team aligned with management’s vision, establishing Huf TCI as the global COA for rotational flush door handles.
- Successfully led the Kia CTe and Kia QV flush handle projects, marking TCI’s first global project execution.
- Spearheaded the localization of linear actuators in India, achieving a 50% product cost reduction and strengthening the supplier ecosystem.
- Through design standardization and actuator localization, Huf India was enabled to win its first-ever flush door handle projects from Hyundai (HE1i, SX3i) worth €30M.
- Reduced product development cycle times via lean process optimization, boosting delivery efficiency, and predictability.
- Developed a standardized acquisition process, cutting response times to OEMs, and lowering acquisition costs.
