Responsible for leading key initiatives in aircraft maintenance and hangar demand planning, optimizing maintenance task intervals, improving aircraft availability, and reducing Direct Maintenance Costs (DMC) through data-driven analysis and strategic program management.

• Lead a team of engineers to review and optimize operator maintenance programs by analyzing in-service task reports, unscheduled events, and operational data sources.
• Drive the MWG 28.3 initiative, contributing to a fleet-wide evolution of structure and zonal dossiers, and develop and present 16 maintenance dossiers within the Maintenance Working Group (MWG), resulting in task interval escalations from 12 years to 18 years for Heavy Maintenance Visits (HMV).
• Produce evolution dossiers to support operators in optimizing task intervals through MSG3 analysis, in-service data, technical request schedules, and unscheduled maintenance reports.
• Lead a collaborative project with a leading MRO provider in India, enhancing the Way of Working by addressing pain points and facilitating immersion sessions with both Airbus and the MRO, leading to participation from industry leaders in the Leading Maintenance Forum.
• Supported the development of a tool to optimize manpower, resources, Ground Support Equipment (GSE), tools, and check planning for both Line and Base Maintenance.
• Contributed to the setup(End to End) of a leading MRO in India, working towards EASA and DGCA approvals to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
• Led a project to establish partnerships with various colleges in India for the ACE Internships program at Airbus, successfully inducting 23 interns, 10 of whom transitioned into full-time employees.

Certifying experience on Airbus A320 fitted with PW1100GA-JM Engines (NEO).
Holding CRS Authorization to certify upto C-check Inspection with NIL restrictions of Avionics system.
● Deliver Aircraft maintenance Services to support the operational requirements and ensure all maintenance and
related activities are performed in accordance with the Aircraft Manuals, Aircraft Maintenance Data like AMM, ESPM.
● Read and Interpret Aircraft Maintenance Data to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing
malfunctioning or damaged components or area.
● Perform Root Cause Analysis of any in-service issue and take preventive actions.
● Carry out troubleshooting for trending faults of A320 NEO aircrafts.
● Proactively looking after fleet cabin defects, monitoring, timely rectification and spare parts requirements.

• Reduced downtime by proactively planning and executing preventative maintenance, minimizing unexpected repairs.

● Assisted AME in carrying out maintenance action in invoking MEL and to normalize the aircraft in revoking MEL.
