Title Package and Documentation Review: Review title packages, underwriting guidelines, and data files to identify necessary documents for final review. Examine title-related documents, such as liens, mortgages, judgments, legal agreements, easements, and maps, ensuring accuracy in legal descriptions, ownership, and restrictions. Prepare and issue title insurance policies and commitments based on compiled title search data.

· Insurance Policy Review: Conduct detailed reviews of dwelling coverage insurance policies and replacement cost estimators for HOI and HOA.

· Property Compliance Evaluation: Assess property types and evaluate essential documents—including condo questionnaires, CC&Rs, annual budgets, and master insurance policies—ensuring compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines through CPM and CPA portals.

· Training and Performance Management: Conduct training for new joiners on Title, HOI, and HOA, prepare them for accreditation, monitor their performance, and provide regular updates to senior management. Proactively deliver weekly process training sessions and administer tests for team members.

· Operational and Risk Management: Perform customer KYC, conduct negative media screening for high-risk customers, identify and escalate potential risks, and manage case allocation while ensuring daily reporting to management.

· Process Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee file processing to meet funding targets, handle JIRA requests, and publish end-of-day JIRA SLA reports to maintain operational efficiency and ensure target achievement.

• Project and Bond Management: Work on assigned projects within Finance and Surety Line of Business, handling bond maintenance tasks such as issuance, reinstatements, cancellations, and renewals.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct research on taxable and non-taxable payments, run SQL queries/scripts for data import/export, and extract data from Oracle into MS Excel for periodic and exception reporting. Perform data cleaning and auditing of bonds and end-user accounts.
• MIS Reporting: Create visually impactful dashboards in Excel using pivot tables and advanced functions for comprehensive data reporting.
