• Control day-to-day operational functions of Corporate Action and obtain established controls and procedures.

• To ensure that all the client queries are responded to within the time frames pre-specified.
• To ensure daily reconciliation before market deadlines in order to mitigate any possible ops risks of missing / incomplete processing of corporate actions resulting to possible ops loss.
• Preparing various management reports like MIS, team productivity metrics, KPI reporting and assist External Auditors for evaluation of the financial statements and systems of internal controls.
• Managed leave requests and absences and arranged covers to facilitate smooth flow of operations

• Verifying the price and informing the correct price departments and Branches.
• Pricing of all types of securities manually through vendor portals like Bloomberg & Telekurs, ICE and also through trading desk instructions if price feeds are not provided by vendors.
• Handling Service work cases requested by Branches regarding price inquiries or queries and these are of four types Missing Price, Incorrect Price, Historical Price and Date of Death Price
• QC (Quality Check) on all the securities priced manually by teammates.
• Cross verify prices from different sources Bloomberg, Telekurs, Thomson, ICE.
• Auditing and reviewing activities performed by the processor.

Lead daily operations of Capital Gain Tax (CGT) processing and and ensuring adherence to controls and market deadlines.
Responsible for liaison between the Tax Agent and Clients to ensure all CGT events are monitored and reprocessed
within acceptable timeframes.
Responsible for maintaining accurate tracking records of all CA events, all stock dividend/bonus issues, etc.
Monitoring the Daily Tax Accrual and NAV Impact on the fund.
Reviewing and understanding tax documents from tax agents (BIG-4).
Validating the NAV impact on fund and running various checks to ensure correct NAV should be publish.
Reconciliation of Tax Agent Accounts and Clients Accounting fund wise monthly basis.
Support accounting reviews and validations inline with US GAAP based reporting requirements for hedge funds
Ensure all client (internal and external) queries are dealt with in a timely and effective manner

• In-depth analysis of fund accounting statements to determine error in financial transactions and reports which are must be comply with all relevant US GAAP requirements
• Dealing with all types of assets and understanding the impact for NAV Calculations

• Determine incorrect transactions, incorrect accounting entries, flag these issues timely and get the resolved
• Calculations of NAV on daily basis so as the publish the fund in system and send their NAV to the clients as per
• Daily activities of checking the pricing of assets and raise require to pricing team

• Closely work with the Internal Data Integrity Team to update the correct security setup, Factor and Coupon in the accounting system.
• Client interaction and resolution of any related issues

• To provide Client with correct valuations for its investment portfolios across various financial Products
• To analyze and compare valuations against various feeds received from Client, CA, Broker/CP for Fixed Income securities
• And highlight issues in cases of discrepancy related to Cash and Position of Securities
• To ensure that all exceptions in the process of valuation of security related to Cash and position is processed
• Managing multiple Client's data compared with Custodian/Broker/Counterparty related to
• Any Corporate Action Events and transactions related to pay down and Interest of exception are analyzed and solved, escalated if required
• KPI, Metrics are managed by implementing skills of Advanced Excel accurately.
