Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working with various products like invoice financing for Seller (IFNS) and Buyer (IFNB).
• Payable management (TPMP), Vendor payment (VPRP), Receivable services (RSRV).
• Expertise in handling Real time gross settlements (RTGS) transactions, including the use of MT103 swift messages for secure and efficient fund transfers.
• Working on foreign currency conversion request, I have knowledge in applying SCALE and SHAPE methods for both sales and purchase in different currencies
• I have been responsible for preparing reports on daily, monthly and quarterly basis to managing trade settlements, ensuring the timely recovery of finance from client accounts on a daily due basis.
• Providing training for new joiners about the whole products.

• Scrutinize the Inward collection documents and checking covering letter of drawer bank as per policies.
• Update all parties involved in the document and send all parties to Sanction and AML check and maintain nil sanction involvement while authorizing the transactions.
• Checking the genuineness of the Bill of Lading (BL) and vessel movement for sanction purpose using SEA SEACHER and with the help of International Maritime Bureau (IMB).
• Monitoring Queue status and prioritizing the transactions depending on the customers and process the transactions according to TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Part of client services groups to handle customer's queries and ensure that the same is resolved in the timely manner.
• Taking ownership in the team to allocate the transaction scanned in the queue in efficient manner.
• Having good knowledge in MT103 and MT202 payments.

• Update all parties involved in the document and screening the same in database.
• Monitoring Queue status and prioritizing the Client request to clear KYC.
• Part of client services groups to handle customer's queries and ensure that the same is resolved in the timely manner.
