• Led a cross-functional team of manual testers in planning, executing, and managing comprehensive testing activities across Subway’s suite of customer-facing and internal software applications, including POS systems, mobile ordering platforms, and franchise management tools.
• Defined and maintained test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases aligned with Subway’s business and technical requirements, ensuring thorough validation of both functional and non-functional aspects of the applications.
