• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Maintains project database & metrics for project and team (FTR, OTD, EV, Efficiency and Utilisation).
• Responsible from feasibility study to project closure which includes Kick off-Project plan, PED documents, Risk register, lessons learnt& Quality check sheet.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relating results as needed. Responsible for final delivery and data base management.
• Conducting product & process audits, analyzing the rejections in quality, detecting the root cause, taking corrective actions and ensuring effectiveness of the same
