Team Management:

• Worked as a network engineer in both procurement and maintenance sides for MPLS VPN, wireless RF/VSAT links, and managed 2,450 plus circuits for the project all over India.
• On the service assurance side, troubleshooting RF Radwin, Wimax, and VSAT circuits at CE-side routers for RF on both the customer-end side and the provider-end, and coordinating with the backend team for SLA. Rescue from branch isolation.
• Proactively monitored the network links using SolarWinds monitoring tool and finding alarms generated by servers through live exception tool, clarifying customer on link availability, bandwidth utilization, and latency.
• Handled a team of Field Support Engineers in TCL - RF Operations and direct coordination with other LM providers like Sify, TATANET, Bharti, TTSL, etc.
• Sending down call report to customer on a daily basis with reason for outage.
• Sending penalty analysis report and pending Tickets report to concern internal team on a quarterly basis.
• Prepare and submit the report for link availability, bandwidth utilization to the customer on a daily basis for Major Links.
