1. Over 10 years of extensive experience in the construction field in India as an Engineer. 

2. Comprehensive execution of structural projects and complete finishing work. 

3. Extensive knowledge in project management, interior fit-out, and residential finishing. 

4. Proficient in planning upcoming site works and estimating required quantities for smooth execution. 

5. Coordinating with management to ensure material availability for progress. 

6. Arranging required manpower for ongoing site activities. 

7. Supervising all site activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications, agreed procedures, and QMS - ISO 9001:2001 standards. 

8. Coordinating effectively with staff, PMC, and contractors on-site. 

9. Managing excavation and side shoring, including Soldier piles, Continuous RCC piles, D-walls, Sheet piles, and sandbag shoring. 

10. Executing core and shell work, including concreting (PCC & RCC), formwork, reinforcement, and brick/block work, as well as internal and external plastering.

11. Performing waterproofing with cementatiues and Polyurethane (PU) materials. 

12. Handling various flooring types, including Kota stone, Indian & Italian marbles, Granite, Vitrified tiles, Engineered wood, and Laminate flooring. 

13. Managing paneling/partition work and glass partitions along with installing grid ceilings and Gypsum board false ceilings. 

14. Handling pre-hung ,flush door shutter and window frame-work, shutters, cupboards, and kitchen cabinets with executing MS & SS railing works along with glass railing. 

15. Completing external facade work with glass, ACP sheets, stone, and terracotta tiles along with complete painting and polishing work on partitions, false ceilings, and internal/external walls.
