I'm involved in the Aahan project with Innovators for Health and SSS, identifying TB patients and ensuring access to medication through local healthcare workers. This collaboration showcases effective synergy between civil society and government health systems.

Since 2016, I've also launched a project training around 100 women in handspun yarn production, empowering them with new livelihood options.

Additionally, I've managed a successful 12-acre fish farm for the past decade

• Enhanced efficiency of income tax administration in two states by reassigning assessing officers to sectoral jurisdictions.
  Conducted investigations and searches that uncovered significant tax evasion in Bihar, Jharkhand, and Maharashtra.

• Involved with in-depth investigation of tax evasion cases by individuals and vested groups in Bihar and Jharkhand.

• Oversaw execution of 34 medium-sized projects nationwide addressing local challenges in air, soil, water, and energy sectors.

• As Director of the MoEF, I managed policy and coordination with global organisations for India. I served as GEF Technical Focal Point, coordinated UNDP projects, and oversaw a $72 million World Bank project. I also handled the administrative and personnel management of the ministry.

• Administration of Income Tax laws towards collection of revenue, examining legal aspects of tax administration in judicial capacity, educating tax payers for better compliance of tax laws; reducing public grievances and widening of tax base.

• Coordinated consultations to support Minister in fulfilling official Ministry responsibilities. Facilitated essential inputs for informed decision-making at Ministerial level.

• Policy issues relating to all matters of a medical nature within the armed forces, cadre management of the Armed Forces Medical Services, including the Army Medical Corps, Army Dental Corps, and Military Nursing Services.
