• Site Management: Operation & Maintenance of WABTEC Diesel Electric Locomotives WDG4G (4500 HP) & WDG6G( 6000 HP) with specialization in Screw Compressor, HVAC, Electro-Pneumatic Bogie Brakes(CCB)(Fastbrake Dynamic Braking System) for client As INDIAN RAILWAYS.
• Also looking SIEMENS D9 Electric 9000 HP Locomotives Project including ILS Brake System & High Reach Pantographs. Responsible for all NCMR attention issues & coherently managing with Cross Functional Teams for the same.
• RCA provision on micro level basis for each Brake Assembly. Building Ishikawa diagram for the prevalent Braking Issues & Implementation of the final solution for the brake product.
• Responsible for all Warranty Attention Issues at Wabtec Locomotives including Bogie Brakes (Parking Brake Unit & Tread Brake Unit). Successfully completed retrofitment of 1400 Parking Brake Units, Axle Pin FMI in 250 Locomotives, Decal FMI on 205 Locomotives.
• Spare Procurement, Responsible for successful placement of Purchase Orders from BQ levels to ensure the completion of the retrofitment activities.
• Leading a team of 15 members with smooth workflow activities, 5S adherence & ensuring Safety with paramount importance.
• Database management of all retrofitment activities Locowise & Spares Procurement accordingly.
• Training to Customer Personnel for the design & operation of the Faiveley CCB Braking System.

• Site Management: Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of 8-wheeler DETC(Diesel Electric Tower Car), HS-SPART(High Speed Self Propelled Accident Relief Train) in INDIAN RAILWAY, Shunting Diesel Locomotives upto 1200 HP in thermal, cement plants & salt lakes.
• Follow up of Railway CAMC(Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract) E-Tender(Single & Open), P.O & Spares Procurement.

Vendor Management: Preparing BOQ's, Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer, Vendor bills approvals, EDO, BDO's via SAP.

• Handling a team of ten personnel. Installation & commissioning of LT Panels, CATERPILLAR DG sets upto 3MW. Synchronizing Panels.
• Rectifying electrical & electronics faults of caterpillar earth moving equipments such as caterpillar DG sets 3306, 406, 3506, 3508, C-7, C-15, C-18, C-32, C-175.
• Keeping MNR cost within target. RECT & MTTR within target. Time Utilization & Financial Utilization of all assets.

• Direct Customer Interface: Participate in customer meets. Interact with OEM and end-customers to receive feedback on product technical and part issues.
• Provide technical assistance to resolve issues in order to improve customer satisfaction and retain customers.
• Complementing services plans and policies for the organisation ensuring accomplishment of the business goals.
• Maintaining the service matrix like MTTR RECT RFT under the target. Verifying the purchase orders, conducting checks for the correct parts applicability, and superseded part numbers respectively.

• Direct customer interface.
• Installation, commissioning of fully Electronic Machine like wheel alignment, wheel balancer, tyre changer etc.
• Troubleshooting of all types of complaints.
