Responsible for the effective project management and delivery execution of large complex project/product implementations
Leading and managing comprehensive project plans, Capacity planning, Sprint planning, Velocity tracking issue management, risk identification and management, change management and resource management utilizing the Implementation PMO standard PM best practices and methodology
Work with Business Analyst, Product Owner, Relationship manager, development, QA and design teams to coordinate and manage releases
Involved in Functional design, Technical design and Integration expert in heterogeneous application
SME for integration between heterogeneous system
Involved in proposal making and pre-sales activities
