I started at Zoho in 2018 as a New Graduate hire, in the years following I worked in major deliveries of CRM and Zoho One projects for ANZ (Australia New Zealand), APAC (Asia Pacific) and Indian markets concentrating more on Mid Market and Enterprise Clients.

  • Worked on Mid Market deal for travel booking platform and their primary challenge was to handle vendor management, Contract management, Lead Management & Conversion, Deal Management, Marketing Management, Survey. The current solution offered is leading to the expansion of additional locations.
  • Worked on Enterprise Deal for a Health insurance provider that has around 10k+ employees and 500 branches. They were using inhouse applications for all their process. The applications used were not in line with existing technology and features. Based on initial requirements solution was proposed covering Email/Social Marketing, Call Centre, Survey Management, Lead Management, Sales Management, Renewal Management, Customer Grievance Management, Policy Dispatch, Project Management and consolidated analytics.
