Project 1: Mainframes migration to OpenFrame

As part of the MF Transformation project, involved in the following activities:

· Data set layout identification and Migration from MF to Open Frame by creating Schemas and making the DS available for testing in Open Frame.

· Trillions of Data Migrated from mainframe to openframe as part of datasets migration.

· Commendable Knowledge in the conversion of EBCDIC to ASCII format and knowledge in conversion tables and its mapping.

· Batch JCL Execution and result verification in Open Frame for the converted application involving CICS, DB2, JCL, COBOL, TIBERO, and Utilities like SORT, DMCGENER, etc.

· Executing Online Transactions from a functional perspective and running Batch Jobs to complete full functional flow as part of Unit Testing Activities

· Preparing details UTR for all the Online and Batch execution

Has extensive knowledge in executing jobs using TMAX Product Open Frame OFM (Open Frame Manager) as well as through Putty in Linux TSJESMGR

· Conducting Underground cabling, domestic load calculation & domestic BD design

· Handling MEP Projects, CCTV, Access Control systems, Fire Alarm systems

· Maintaining lightning protection system, Security systems such as CC cameras installation, electromagnetic security & maintenance

· Drove e2e project execution including, planning, scoping, schedule monitoring, expediting the progress, supporting cost estimation, budget/resource monitoring, project progress reporting till project closure.

· Steered development of project schedules, master schedules, resource schedules, execution methodologies

· Conducted cost benefit analysis of projects including feasibility studies and assessment of project requirements; monitored projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance.

· Freezed MEP requirements, planned material & resource requirements; held weekly meetings with clients, architects, and sub-contractors: outlined work to be performed by subcontractors.

· Developed Electrical Design drawings (Drawing, Load Schedule, and Single Line Diagram) as per regulations.

· Participated in development of contracting strategies, contract framework and contract tender & award schedule; prepared tender documents and sub-contractor / contractor agreements; controlled contract deviation.

· Managed all site activities, performed site inspection and quality control; implemented value engineering during various stages of projects thereby achieving cost & time benefits.

· Set-up & maintained new Facility Infrastructure as per ISO standards; prepared & implemented emergency response and disaster recovery plans.

· Ensured optimum utilization of space preventative & upgrade maintenance of equipment; maximized equipment uptime through Lean & TPM
