  • Responsible for performing static structural, random vibration analysis(PSD), Dynamic analysis, Modal analysis, Heat Transfer analysis (CHT) and Fatigue analysis for LV and HV motor assembly or different component.
  • Performing press fit analysis on stator and rotor assembly on high temperature assembly loading condition. Also perform the rotor feasibility on rotor lamination for multiple RPM speed and torque loading for predating torque and RPM transmission capabilities of rotor lamination.
  • Working on correlation activity of multiple analysis project like Shaft analysis and Motor Blade strike analysis to Correlate the FEA results with actual testing and its helps to understand more realistic approaches of simulation and enhancing predictive accuracy and deepening our understanding of material behavior under various conditions.
  • Developing a new FEA methodology for the DANA TM4 LV motor to enhance simulation accuracy and efficiency by optimizing workflows, parameter settings, and best practices. This approach improves computational efficiency and result reliability, supporting faster, more precise analysis for product development.
  • Conducted cross functional discussion with design, product validation and Application Engineering team to collect the required inputs for performing simulation by considering the boundary conditions as per test validation plan.
