27 Years of experience in sugar industry in the operation, projects and continuous improvements as worked with different technologies and organizations in India and abroad. Presently working as GM (Production) with Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. Unit- Dhampur since Dec. 2021, looking after all the responsibilities of sugar operations, Capex Projects as well as repair & maintenance of entire process house.

• Successfully completed Steam economy and expansion project having two different clarification system (Double sulphitation & Defecation) in a single plant at Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd, Unit-Dhampur as well as steam economy project at Rajpura Unit too.
• Successfully completed Refinery Project of 450 TPD having Phospho Floatation based Melt clarification and Secondary Decolorization system as PAC with Membrane Filter at Rohtak Sugar Mills ltd. Haryana within record 90 Days.
• Successfully handled up-gradation, rehabilitation, and integration of Gold Star refinery (Zimbabwe), established Standalone Refinery at 500 TPD with 97+ % recovery with sugar colour 20 IU.
• Successfully handled the project of steam economy project of 3000 TPD refinery by implementing triple effect (FFE) melt concentrator system at PT. KTM, Indonesia.
• Successfully completed project of M/s D.S.M. Sugar Asmoli, Moradabad included expansion of plant from 5000 TCD to 8500 TCD and plant conversion from Double Sulphitation to Refined Sugar Production (Defco-Remelt Process with melt clarification, filtration & Decolorization by Ion Exchange method).
• Successfully completed expansion of plant from 3500 TCD to 5000 TCD with process conversion from Double Sulphitation to Refined Sugar to produce various grade sugar < 20 IU of M/s Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd., Roorkee.
• Successfully erected and commissioned independently of a Standalone Refined project of 500 TPD sugar at M/s Deshbandhu Sugar Mills Ltd. Bangladesh on account of M/s Difteck Agencies & Exports, New Delhi.

• Worked on both vacuum and pressure evaporation system with rising and falling film type evaporators.
• Worked on raw sugar refinery using melt clarification, filtration and 3-stage scum De sweetening system.
• Worked on Secondary Decolourization of sugar melt by Ion-Exchange (Acrylic and Styrene Column) and PAC followed by Membrane Filter.
• Worked on different pressure filtration i.e., Multi Bed Filter, Candle filters, Continuous Rotary Leaf Filter, Filter Press & Membrane Filters etc.
• Worked on all steam economy devices like condensate heater, cigar system, PTHE, contact heaters, molasses conditioners, mechanical circulators etc.
• Worked on various kind of specialty sugar manufacturing- D.S., Refined, Mill White, Brown sugar, Pharma Grade Sugar, branded and candy sugar etc.
• Worked on latest and advanced automation system in the process to eliminate the manual intervention and make the operation more efficient.
