- Conducting onboarding activities and formalities in co-ordination with the HRBP’s to ensure they hit the floor as per their joining dates.

- Moved into campus recruitment team of 2, while closely working with manager and the AVP.
- Sourcing top-tier B Schools across India and getting in touch with their placements team.

- Complete onboarding formalities in coordination with concerned Onboarding Team & BU HR member.
- Assist in processing Mediclaim insurance of new joiners & Organize awareness session of how to use business application BizX and intranet apps grey tip, particularly HR pages on these portals.
- Explain organizations performance appraisal process including setting of annual objectives and solve their HR policy related questions. • Evaluate training modules and course contents of training institutes and trainers of under various soft skill trainings sessions for new joiners.
