With over 14 years of expertise in the OSS domain, I specialize in Service Fulfillment, with a focus on Inventory Management, Provisioning, and Activation. As a Certified Scrum Master (CSM – 2024) from Scrum Alliance, I bring a solid foundation in Agile practices and team leadership.

I have extensive experience working with leading COTS suites such as ZTE Zsmart, Amdocs Cramer, Telcordia Granite, and Ericsson Adaptive Inventory. My technical proficiency includes Core Java, Web Services, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, Shell scripting, and data tuning, enabling me to contribute effectively across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in all phases of SDLC, from requirements analysis and module design to coding, unit testing, and enhancements. My experience also spans the entire Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including test planning, analysis, design, execution, and reporting.

In addition to development and testing, I have hands-on experience with installations, configurations, and deployments. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with high-profile clients such as KPN (Netherlands), T-Mobile (USA), SFR (France), Bell Canada (Canada), and Verizon (USA). Notably, I have spent 6 months onsite in the Netherlands, where I contributed to solution design and requirement gathering, further enhancing my skills in client interactions and cross-cultural collaboration.
