Since it's a start-up in the field of Construction and the services provided are on the technical side i.e., Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP), Heating-Ventilation-Air-Conditioning (HVAC), and Fire- fighting system; I got to wear many hats and perform different roles within the organization to which I am immensely grateful.

Below is a brief of the tasks I performed: -

• Researched and identified new prospects and introduced company services.
• Liaison & follow up with clients like Delhi PWD / UPPWD etc. for new & upcoming projects with existing projects.
• Established and maintained highly effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners to drive growth.
• Negotiated most cost-effective deals to source materials, goods, labor, and services.
• Communicated with the internal team and made sure due payments were being done on time to maintain rapport.
• Checked whether items delivered on-site are as per orders or not; inspected stock and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
• Performed inventory inspection and reordered supplies and stock.
• Analyzed progress of work done personally like measurement of firefighting pipes, conduit pipes, etc. for billing and DPR purposes.
• Updated and file records of all orders, payments, and received stocks.
