Advise leadership on strategic HR decisions, policies, and best practices to drive business value.
Resolve employee relations matters with department heads, ensuring a fair and transparent culture.
Serve as the primary HR contact for policy, employee relations, career growth, and learning & development inquiries.
Partner with the People team on performance reviews, talent assessments, compensation, and internal mobility.
Manage the full performance management lifecycle to sustain high performance.
Oversee onboarding, mentoring, and coaching for leadership development.
Champion employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives through targeted forums and pulse checks.
Ensure seamless off-boarding processes and transitions.
Act as the central HR, Admin, and IT advisor.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for all employment types.
Drive HR digitalization—implement HRMS, LMS, payroll, BGV, insurance, and EOR systems.
