• Created vision within the organization for 5G and Wireless products roadmap such as ORAN, AI+5G Applications, System Simulation, T&M Integration

Lead CFE- Pre sales - 5G – Wireless Communications:

• Work closely with sales and cross functional teams for sale of MathWorks 5G, LTE, WLAN and other Wireless Solutions to customers in India, Singapore, Taiwan and Australia
• As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for large accounts (Qualcomm, NXP, Samsung) in India, maintained positive relationship with the Engineering leads, executives & decision makers
• Demonstrate tough leadership with customer and navigate customer buying process
• Deep technical engagements and POC with customers to understand & evaluate the product capabilities and getting customer collaterals

SON R&D:

• Design and development of SON application such as load balancing/neighbor relation/ traffic optimization/ relays which optimizes operator mobile network
• Build platform to support different telecom vendors such as NSN, Ericsson, Samsung, ALU into Cisco SON suite
• Agile scrum master: lead activities like sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospect, track status and risk analysis
• End to end development in micro framework architecture using Python/MongoDB for backend and Flask/Angular JS for GUI
• Point of contact for customer from R&D team and involved in customer feasibility analysis, design and after deliver support
• Travelling to various customer locations across globe for requirement discussions and product demos

LTE Small cell EnodeB development, Integration:

• Developed LTE features and integration in to protocol stack and testing
• Individual contributor role in bringing up of end to end LTE network in Cisco Labs for Dev team

• Design and Development of LTE MAC layer features such as channel mapping, RACH procedure, MAC header modules for uplink and downlink chain

LTE L1/ WCDMA L1 BASEBAND Development:

• Development of Baseband libraries for LTE in C and customizing intrinsic functions for LTE L1 code migration, debugging, porting and optimization for LSI’s DSP platform
• WCDMA L1 CRP development of various PHY channels as per 3GPP 25.211 V10.0 on LSI’s star pro 2716 baseband multicore DSP

• Research experience in Cognitive Radio Network, LTE Advanced features such as relay networks, radio resource management, career aggregation, CoMP, MIMO
• Optimization of admission, congestion and interference control in LTE and relay network
