Project to analyse one men’s shirt of a high end brand Van Heusan, includes market research of the brand, fabric quality used for the particular shirt & its source, trims & its source, machinery required & its source, packing material & its source Project to analyse the need gap & supply chain of maternity wear. Project on sourcing of trims and accessories used in apparel industry and made a report on how an export house and a domestic firm differs in the sourcing and attachment of the trims and accessories. Project on an export house namely Radnik Exports, Noida and tried to analyse all the process involved right from the Tech pack received till the last stage of shipment. Made patterns of shirts, trousers, waist coats, t-shirts and stitch one garment each. An Integrated project based on learning of three semesters to Establish the technical requirements in terms of machinery, manpower, land and building area required for setting up a new apparel plant. Dissertation project on lead time in Merchandising in export house – Radnik Exports, Noida (UP)
