· Represented the Product Creation team in addressing key issues related to product setup for Portfolio Managers, Suppliers, and Warehouse personnel at client locations.
· Experience in managing Product, Customer, and Vendor Master data, while handling and interacting with various vendors and end customers to improve client On-Time Delivery (OTD).
· Maintained trackers for Attendance, Mandatory Courses, Timesheets, Trutime, DHD Survey, Errors, and Clarifications to support quarterly reviews.
· Participated in client calls on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for team performance reviews, addressing corrective actions for complaints, overseeing new customer account transitions, sharing process updates and best practices, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and preparing presentations with relevant data points.
