I worked with clients on a day-to-day basis for the resolution of queries.

Assisting in the month-end close and reconciliations of intercompany transactions.
I worked in a billing team, issuing credit notes and debit notes. Also, Auditing the same.
Working with auditors on a monthly basis for QC.
Working with the RTR team on a monthly basis for reconciliations and auditing for rectifications of errors, if any.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow processes.
Apply payments to customer invoices.
Accumulate and maintain all weekly, unpaid invoice details.
Ensure and adhere to a strict control environment within the Accounts Receivable department.
Identified, analyzed, and researched discrepancies.
Perform daily and monthly cash reconciliation.
Preparing TDS/TCS deposit data monthly.
Working on GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B monthly to ensure there is a match between the GL and GST Payable/Receivable file.
Working with auditors on a quarterly basis to ensure no gap in the working data.
Working on GL reconciliation to ensure there are no misses.
Contributed effective ideas to automate the manual process at work.
