Responsibilities:

• Managing user base access and ensuring secure access control across applications.

• Performing IAM activities including provisioning, de-provisioning, and maintenance of user accounts.

• Creating, modifying, and deleting user IDs for 100+ applications.

• Handling access requests through tools like PowerApps, ServiceNow, and Issue Tracker.

• Monitoring, tracking, and resolving tickets within defined TAT, along with preparing summary reports.

• Managing escalation matrix and resolving critical issues via Outlook communication.

• Troubleshooting login issues using Active Directory and managing Organizational Units (OU).

• Supporting application audits and ensuring compliance.

• Participating in Application Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing.

• Handling background verification (BGC) activities for new joiners.

• Implementing Disaster Recovery Plans for Business Continuity as per Scope
• Provide Support to Continuity Patrol Application to execute Disaster Recovery drills in Automated Way
• Gather Information & Complete the prerequisites about DR drills based on application
• Maintain the RTO & RPO while conducting DR drills like Live DR Drill, Mock Drill, Pre-Go-Live & Go-Live.
• Understanding the business criticality & interdependency of application & conduct DR drills accordingly
• Collecting the evidence & reports before & after the DR drills
• Configure new application for DR drills in Continuity Patrol

• Creating, deleting and modifying user ids of 180 plus applications. (Access provisioning and de-provisioning)
• Performing segregation of duties Activity (department change activity).
• Using ARMS tool and HPESM tool for user access management and validation.
• Handling escalation matrix and resolve it on TAT.
• Handling escalation over the Email Outlook
• Handling Various Critical applications of Yes Bank such as Core Banking Application (CBS), CTS, Oracle Finnone, WMS, CASH IN, NEFT, RTGS, YES GREEN.
• Taking application handover from respective application owner.
• Daily doing EXIT intimation (deletion of ID of resigned Employee).
• Active Directory and Troubleshooting user's login related problems for vendors and managing OU.
• Client: - Yes Bank Pvt Ltd.
• Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing 1st & 2nd Level Technical Support to end-users.
• Resolving file system errors and configuration on disk usage and file system.
• Resolving Application Related Issue.
