As design engineer working with client and supplier SKVW Group. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project specifications, constraints, and objectives, as well as using engineering principles and software tools to design the plastic product, Teamcenter activity, ECN Document and data sharing with customer via KVS tool.

Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed design drawings and models in computer-aided design (CAD) software CATIA.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify design opportunities, risks, and challenges, BOM (Bill of Material) Preparation.
• Defining the main tooling direction of given style input not available.
• Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to review and optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Parts checking as per Assembly sequence document, root cause analysis, reverse engineering to develop the product.
• Documenting design changes, updates, and decisions throughout the product development process.
• DFA and DFM documents follow-up with the supplier.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in product design and engineering.
• Making Product Description Manual (PDM) with all details like assembly line as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Modification as per customer requirements and checklist.
• Run DMU on parts Clash analysis.

Reliability testing, Maintain a proper documentation of testing injector, Product Audit Ǫ and Z test (Endurance test) of produced parts (CAǪ), Conducting Endurance testing and high pressure pulsation testing of CRI (common rail injector) and components, Release of analysis procedures.

Responsibilities:

• 5S coordination in Reliability Testing Area.
• Problem solving technique. eg. 8D.
• Fuel injection system.
• Manufacturing process know how.
• CAǪ for product audit (I4.0 basic knowledge).
• Kaizen & SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
• SAP.
• Electrical Parameter Testing.
