and Support services.
Being a part of central operations team, played a major role in
streamlining the entire process and coordinating with the sales team.
Worked as a Senior Executive. Was responsible for the Training of
the restaurant, managing the supply hours for the restaurant and non-
acceptance of the orders, and other restaurant app related issues.
Handling Product support. Responsible for contacting the
restaurant in order to run Promos on co-funding, from negotiating to
making the promo live on Eater app.
Was a major part in Launch of Project Charlie where we design and
engineer the menu for the restaurant and eater both simultaneously.
For eater, to give them option while adding a food item in a cart as
customization. This lead to the big bucket size at the check out before
placing the order for the restaurant.
Worked on App backend, where I made the changes for the
restaurant. If the restaurant wants some changes in their running
promo, I was responsible to change on the app and in the backend
system so at the time of check out, app shows
correct amount according to the discount decided with the restaurant.
Played a major role in Ghaziabad expansion. Was responsible for
contacting the restaurant on behalf of UberEats in order to get them
live on platform. Negotiating for the commission, co-ordinating with
the On-boarding team in order to get them live.
Worked on many internal tools while working with the organization,
such as Oysterphotoup, Wok and many more.
Was responsible for 80 restaurant brands. Was POC for them and
providing them solution to every issue they face. Also, if they wanted
to run any kind of promo or want to make any changes, I was
