Invoice Verification & Validation: Collaborating with finance and SOM to innovate the process of invoice extraction, verification and validation for 10-12 vendors of Shell

• Using skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder for invoice extraction and Azure data lake, data factory and databricks for verification and validation
• This will help to reduce around 2-3 FTEs and 10-15 days of man hours
• This will be replicated in future, to other vendor groups

Knowledge Base Audit Automation: Collaborated with Operations Intelligence & Command and Information & Digital Services teams to identify innovation in knowledge base management

• Employed machine learning and NLP techniques to automate auditing of user-created knowledge articles

POC on Alternate Fuel Ratio Optimization: Led a proof-of-concept study to derive at the optimal mix of fuels in cement production that achieves the lowest CO2 emissions & energy consumption

• Applied advanced optimization techniques to maximize energy efficiency, minimize environmental impact, and reduce carbon emissions.

• Large insurer was interested to use analytics as tool to help various business groups solve problems each of them face and accelerate team innovation processes.
• This involved gathering business requirements, framing them into statistical problems, collecting data from multiple sources and coming up with business translated solutions
• Scaled analytical capabilities across all business areas, evolving analytics to influence insurer's strategic planning and executives' decision-making
• Developed tool using R for risk management underwriting team to use to identify unusual business cashflow projections, which were then being identified manually, for various products, at different scenarios.
• Goal was to ensure they would not become insolvent as per Solvency II guidelines.
• Analyzed performance of eBroker in Southeast Asia-automated performance reports for leadership team by creating data pipelines on AWS and publishing reports using RShiny, PowerBI, Google Sheets, segmenting customers to identify most profitable groups of customers to be targeted by digital marketing team using R

• Banking analytics teams require detailed analysis of customer behavior.
• Retail Customer Analytics: Development of analytics application using Oracle R Enterprise that helps retail banks using statistical modeling to predict and analyze customer attrition, cross selling of different banking products, and deploy basket of products and established data pipelines for reporting using SQL.
• Institutional and Retail Performance Analytics: Development of analytics application that helps banks to predict and analyze account-level forecast of institutional and retail bank customers.
• Application of variations for future forecasts, worked on this module to predict future values of financial instrument for desired financial instruments based on historic data at desired granularity, and in addition,
• Developed solution for being able to apply specific variations for identifying corresponding impact using R which could also be viewed on Business Intelligence Dashboard
• Managed over 2 projects independently and trained other team members on Analytics.
