Global Data Collector:

• Updated fleet utilization per FSR/Airline input.
• Creation and validation of events, service trackers, maintenance IDs, and AOG IDs in Edata+.
• Updating details of water washes , On-watch activities, asset attributes.

AOG Support Specialist:

• Assisted PWA customers in procuring engine spares for GTF (PW1100, PW1500/1900), V2500, and Legacy engine models on an AOG basis.
• Reviewed and validated the AOG form to identify a true AOG customer, and assist accordingly.
• Contributed to the effective revision of the AOG form.
• Created, expedited, processed, and cancelled AOG orders for PWA customers.
• Provided part quotes, order status, and documentation to customers.
• Provided solutions to the queries of the customer, and also made critical decisions for the benefit of customers and PW alike.

Gaining maintenance experience as an AMT on:

• AIRBUS A320/A321 fitted with CFM 56-5B, IAE V2527-A5, PW1127GA-JM, PW1133GA-JM, CFM LEAP 1A.
• ATR 72-600 fitted with PW 127M engine.

Maintenance experience:

• Under the supervision of licensed engineers, I was actively involved in conducting comprehensive maintenance activities on aircraft during various scheduled checks, including PFI, layover, weekly, 750 FH to 3000 FH, and EDTO requirement checks.
• Performed SBs, ADs, and EOs on said aircraft and engines.
• My responsibilities encompassed performing detailed inspections, repairs, replacements, testing, and operational checks of a wide range of aircraft systems and components. These included tasks such as replacing igniters, wheels and brakes; charging wheels and accumulators with Nitrogen; servicing engine, hydraulic, IDG, and starter oils; and conducting engine gas path cleaning/water washes.
• I also participated in the deployment and functional testing of the Ram Air Turbine (RAT), the replacement of deicer boots and conducted borescopic inspections.
• Additionally, I was involved in the maintenance and replacement of various airframe, engine, and cabin components, as well as filters.
• My role demanded strict adherence to safety protocols, technical accuracy, and coordination with licensed personnel to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance throughout all maintenance operations.

Trained and obtained hands-on experience on narrow-body aircraft and engines such as.

• AIRBUS A319/A321 fitted with CFM 56-5B.
• ATR 72-600 fitted with PW 127M engine.

General Aviation Aircraft :
