Among multiple GBUs at Oracle, RGBU (Retail Global Business Unit) is vast unit (starting point for the customer for their application) where we give end to end application support to huge number of customers like Walmart, Levis, Adidas, Rogers, GAP, Prada spa etc. for their applications in different environments in retail manner. We as a Triage team having quite hybrid kind of Infrastructure composed of different tools and products being used.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems.
• Developed team communications and information for meetings.
• Delivered the releases to production Environment in a timely manner.
• Managing Application development life cycle using Jenkins projects.
• Worked with project management tools like Confluence, JIRA
• Responsible for Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) process implementation-using Jenkins and AWS DevOps to automate routine jobs.
• Installed, Configured and Administered Jenkins Continuous Integration Tools.
• Managed build server and setup/monitor daily continuous builds and deployments to the Development, Test and Production environments.
• Developed build and deployment scripts using maven as build tool in Jenkins to move from one environment to other environments and also create new jobs and branches through Jenkins.
• Application deployment and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Deploying various WAR’s, JAR’s, EAR’s and J2EE applications on WebLogic, WebSphere and Tomcat servers using console and from command line in Clustered Environments and non-clustered environments.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and administrating JDBC connection pools/Data Sources and JMS.
