Manual Testing

• Writing test cases for monthly operational release tickets and reviewing the test cases with QA team lead, Developers and BSA before execution.
• Executing the test cases and preparing the test result document.
• Updating the comment in the Jira along with test result document once the testing is completed.
• Creating the defect ticket from Jira tool if anything is not working as expected.
• Informing about the Defect to development team and BSA and tracking the processes from the Jira tool.
• Conducting regression testing, integration testing once the defect is fixed.
• Connecting with performance testing team to conduct perf test before monthly release.
• Conducting UAT calls and explaining the monthly release tickets.
• Attending daily stand up meetings and discussing about the QA issues with BSA and Development team.
• Participated in DR activity

Automation Testing

• Executing Automation scripts in regression testing phase before production release.
• Identifying the failures and informing about the failures to automation team to fix the issue if there is a code issue.
• Fixing test data issues , Locator issues.
• Validating the reports and conducting manual testing if any failures to make sure functionality is working as expected.
