I have been supporting to on-board new PU by setting up new environments as per the client requirements. I have been supporting for Incident management in Prod If any issues from the clients. I have involved in business configurations to setup new environments for clients(vault update, events &endpoints configurations, Initial SSO setup, Role&Role_rights import,expert settings ). Got involved in Multiple KT’s and started involved in tasks related to Access Request, Service Now Testing, SSO Configuration , Roles testing. I have trained others to remove my dependency Got the Spot Light Awards. Also given internal KT to other teams while handover the tasks. I have done the certification as AWS certified solution Architect- Associate (SAA-C03) I had involved in creating Build Pipelines to automate application Deployments. I have been working on DevOps Tools like Ansible, Jenkins & Version software control system GIT . I had worked on RDS upgrade for JIRA, APRO, GIT and GOCD agents. I have created new Jenkins Environment through GOCD agent for various environments. I have good experience on Jenkins and we had Deployed our applications (Spatial Storm, Spatial Net, Spring batch) through Jenkins in all environments I have an experience on AWS EC2 Instances and have configured windows and Linux AMI's And also having good knowledge on cloud Front, AWS storage solutions (EBS, EFS, S3, Glacier). I am aware of Route 53 and AWS Security Management systems and also aware of monitoring tools such as cloud watch, cloud trail, trusted advisor. I had involved in creating RDS instances to serve data through servers for responding to requests. And also I have been involved in Creating snapshots to take backups of the volumes and also images to store launch configurations of the EC2 instances. Worked on various operating systems like Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu, Windows and CentOS. Coordinated with vendor to setup customized application environment. Possess high working qualities with good interpersonal skills, high motivation, good team player and very proactive in problem solving to provide best solutions. I am a Good trouble shooter in fixing Application and deployment issues. I had worked on JIRA requests and been using for issue tracking. I have a good experience in Raising CRQ's and IT central requests. I had configured Apache tomcat, spring batch, ODS servers in various environments. Maintain the build and deployment process to support ongoing and new project initiatives. Maintained for the Applications and supported 24x7 on the issues
