Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with Business Analysts and capturing the requirements
  • Understanding End to End business flows and preparation of Test Plan and approach based on the requirements

Excellent Care is a Lightning project. The project is built on Service Cloud and aims at capturing cases with ease, resolving them at earliest and customer satisfaction. Tree Troubleshoot is a feature that was build with common questionnaire. It allows user sto select the issue from the list and creates cases.

Project2:

Omni channel is another feature that routes the customers to most appropriate agents. Live Agent is a real- time chat functionality that allows customers to communicate with service agents via website. It allows agent to hold multiple conversation at once. Chat history are stored in Chat Transcripts, which can be used for future reference and can be sent as an attachment for any clarifications

Project3:

Channel CRM is a Lightning Project that is build on Sales Cloud and provides users an easy way to capture leads, qualify them and make deals with the customers. This application was developed to provide easy ways to create deals, quotes, invoices.
