Proposal Support :

Proposal Procurement involved floating RFQs and obtaining quotations from vendors as per MSL, techno-commercial discussions and evaluation of carried Bidder, procurement man-hour estimation for the project, with close co-ordination with proposal team. Prepared overall cost summary sheet to present for Management approval.

- Solicit quotes from the suppliers as per the Approved Vendor list, evaluate and negotiate the quotes, to finalize the supplier to be carried in the bid. Preparation of Procurement Summary sheet for complete Project Procurement Cost.

- Man-hour estimation for the Project

- Compilation of complete Project cost (i.e Procurement, Construction, Project Indirect costs etc) and presenting for Management approval.

- Procurement of Electrical and Instrumentation items for Dispatch facilities.

-Floating of enquiries to vendors, Evaluating Quotations, Comparison & Negotiation with vendors to prepare final statements for contract finalizations.

- Vendor Development in accordance with philosophy of having good options in situations of crisis.

- Co-ordination with site for small contracts that need to be finalized on site itself.

- Co-ordination with Engineering to manage smooth flow of drawings with minimum bottlenecks.
