Onboarding:

• Identify and onboard new partners/anchors as per NBFC guidelines and business strategy.
• Conduct due diligence, KYC, and documentation checks for partner/customer onboarding.
• Comply with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Set up agreements, system access, and training for new partners.

Process Management:

• Act as the single point of contact for partners and customers throughout the journey.
• Ensure smooth execution of pre-sanction and post-sanction activities.
• Coordinate with the credit, risk, and operations teams for file processing, verification, and approvals.
• Track and resolve issues in real time to avoid delays in the disbursal process.
• Monitor SLA adherence across onboarding, credit appraisal, and disbursal stages.

Disbursal:

• Ensure accurate documentation, NACH/mandate setup, and compliance clearance before disbursement.
• Liaise with finance/operations to ensure timely fund release.
• Share disbursal updates and MIS reports with stakeholders and anchors.
• Monitor post-disbursal quality checks and first repayment tracking.

Credit Verification & Analysis

• Review and analyze loan applications, credit reports, bank statements, and financial documents.
• Conduct thorough checks on applicant’s creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and risk profile.
• Validate customer KYC, employment, and income details as per NBFC guidelines.
• Identify potential fraud, discrepancies, or high-risk cases and escalate to the credit manager.

Backend Operations Support

• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in Loan Origination System (LOS) / CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in loan applications.
• Track applications from initiation to final approval/disbursal stage.
• Maintain proper records of credit checks and ensure audit readiness.
