Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive procurement strategies for sourcing raw materials from Global sources.
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for primary and secondary sources (AVD) to ensure meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiating contracts and establishing long-term supplier agreements to secure stable and reliable supply chains.

Supplier Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of raw materials.
• Conducting regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Addressing and resolving supplier-related issues or disputes promptly and effectively.

Cost Management:

• Monitoring market trends and price fluctuations to optimize procurement costs.
• Implementing cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for value engineering.
• Ensuring procurement activities align with the company’s budget and financial objectives.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborating with the Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to ensure all sourced materials comply with regulatory standards and quality specifications.
• Conducting supplier audits and assessments to maintain high-quality standards.

Inventory Management:

• Working closely with the supply chain and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Developing and maintaining accurate procurement forecasts to support production planning.

Team Leadership:

• Leading and mentoring procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving their goals and objectives.
