Develop prototypes for the primary schools, and design them in the SOLIDWORKS software. Preparing various concepts and converting them into different games to make it interesting for students to learn new concepts.

• Preparing 3d model from 2d drawings, Performing reverse engineering and improve our existing products Calculation of stress based on the applications.

• Preparation 3d models and 2d manufacturing drawings of Control valves based on the customer requirements. Selection of materials based on the temperature and pressure.

• I had worked on the project to increase the First Time Yield of Air Circuit .Breaker by eliminating various non conformities using the quality tools such as Pareto Chart and Fishbone diagram. New features have been also introduced to increase the efficiency of Air Circuit Breaker.

• Quality testing of welds by various NDT Testing equipments. Tensile testing and Hardness Testing of the raw materials.
