• Provide asset servicing solutions and asset management to both institutional & personal clients. Responsibilities include-

• Migrating existing clients from one platform to the new one.
• Client on boarding & setup in the systems
• Handling investment activities in the system.
• Handling start - end of the process activities from on boarding to investment reporting services to the client

• Initially worked for the team where the main purpose was to migrate the client's data from a few applications to one tool.

• Originally the investor data was stored in 2 or more applications but now moved to just 1 since it can alone perform all the required tasks the previous 2 applications did.

Currently working for team OAS which stands for Omnium Adjustment System

• Similarly, this process also involves data migration from tools like PeopleSoft & Adjustment Tool to OAS(Omnium Adjustment System).

• PeopleSoft application handles system & data migration whereas Adjustment tool handles only system migration.

• When the client's & the prime broker's data gets reconciled, then OAS finds out the differences in the data.

• We also use another application called the Eglue navigator used for extracting the required reports which are balance sheets & income statements of particular clients.

• We also use macros to extract files & reports as per requirements, the macros used are:

• Regression macro
• BUC macro (Business Unit Control)
• Closed package macro
• Compare macro

• Regular communication with the onshore to update them with the progress of the work assigned.

In addition, I've also been cross trained on Xceptor Testing.

• It's basically data reconfiguration of the investor statements.
• This process involves comparing of previous month's data with the current month's data. Used tools such as: Xceptor & JIRA
• Xceptor is the application used for the reconciliation of data.
• JIRA is the tool used for raising bugs to rework on the data that the Xceptor is showing error to.

Performed 5 types of testing in the investor statements:

• Clean testing
• Year end testing
• Edited CM(current month) V Clean PM(present month)
• Edited PM(present month) V Clean CM(current month)
• Clean All Fields
