Worked as Asst. Project Manager (3rd Party testing company) on Grand Parkway Highway (A TxDOT funded project). Assisted my Project Manager during bidding process and also prepared quotations from inception of the project to the end of 3rd segment of the project. I also scheduled required inspectors and technicians to perform appropriate quality control procedures and inspections to ensure conformance to the design specifications and safety standards. Proficient in using ELM Tree software, which is used for verifications of test results according to required specifications and document the results.

Worked as Field Inspector and Properties specialist on various Harris County projects namely HCTRA 337, HCTRA 338 Tollway Road Project and Flood Control Z100. Performed various quality control procedures on field and in the laboratory. Certified in SB 101 Properties Specialist and SB 102 Field Specialist by Hot Mix Asphalt Center; certified in ACI Field technician Grade -1 by ACI Houston Chapter; certified in USDOT Hazmat Refresher Training for nuclear gauge operator.

Estimated costs associated with labor, equipment and materials required to produce specific designs. Coordinated and facilitated onsite consultant, regulatory and client representative inspections. Set work schedules, coordinated site facilities, and monitored progress. Reviewed construction work against technical designs and drawings to assess compliance.
