• Understood the Renault business flow for sales process.

• Worked on APIs to create, extend customers via Renault Internal repositories.
• Worked on custom API developments, prepared swagger files as per business requirement.
• Provided KT sessions to the Run team on the enhancements.
• Worked on the Auto-configuration tool to upload basic enterprise structure configurations.
• Worked on collection management to fetch disputes, promises to pay, and dunning-related information by generating collection worklists.

Project: ArcelorMittal (Support Project) ArcelorMittal Europe is the largest producer of steel in the EU. We are the leader supplier of quality flat and long steel products in all major markets including automotive, construction, household appliances and packaging, with leading research and development and technology, sizeable captive supplies of raw materials, and outstanding distribution networks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Tracking, updating, and closing of tickets in the Service Now Ticketing tool.
• Handling Tickets on Day-to-Day business, interacting with the client, and Interactions with cross Functional consultants regarding the issues wherever necessary.
• Analyzing the issues, identifying the root cause of issues, provided corrective solutions and suggested for preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Assisting technical people to find the root cause of the issue during debugging.
• Preparing test scenarios for technical people to simulate the errors in Production environment to have the better understanding of the issue.
• Guiding Team members towards Issues resolving approach.
• Providing KT related to Business process for New Joiner's.
• Prepared test scripts during upgrade activities to aid testing team to perform testings.

Project 1: Delphi Automotive (Implementation Project) Delphi, a leading global automotive emission, fuel economy and aftermarket solutions provider, advanced internal combustion, next-gen vehicle electrification, optimized. electronic controls and fully integrated aftermarket solutions. On 5 December 2017, the company changed its name to Aptiv, after spinning off "new" Delphi (Delphi Technologies) which kept trading under the old symbol DLPH, while Aptiv changed its symbol to APTV.

Project 2: Aptiv Services (Enhancements & Support Project) Aptiv's unique position as the only provider of the brain (software and compute) and nervous system (power and data distribution) is allowing us to conceive, specify and deliver the advanced vehicle architectures of the future.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• End-to-End implementation, Business Blueprint phase for Enterprise Configuration, Shipping Point determinations, Revenue Account Determination and Sales document controls.
• Preparation of test scripts/scenarios for testing team to execute the same.
• Working as support consultant handling the issues and new requirements.
• Tracking, updating and closing of tickets in Service Now Ticketing tool.
• Handling Priority tickets with no escalations.
• Worked on service requests, where we implement few customized changes requested by the customer related to Pricing and routines.
• Gathering requirements from the client to work on Change Requests and Enhancements.
• Performing Development Testing and Quality Testing in Change Management Process.
• Communicating with user on solution and guiding them to carry out the process for rectification of the issues.
• Prepared KT documents and provided KT on processes to the team.
