Roles and responsibilities:-
Ø Giving new updates on floor about Fares, offers and penalties
Ø Re-issuing tickets towards date change penalties upgrades
Ø Handling reservation issues queries processing refund revalidation
Ø Issuance, Re-issuance and cancellation of International/Domestic tickets
Ø Conducting Refresher training for new agent’s
Ø Live call barging of agents and sharing feed back with agents
Ø Handling escalation calls for unresolved queries at first end
Ø Fallow up with passenger & travel agents pertaining to their complaints
Ø Dial-A-Ticket [DAT] issuing air tickets over the phone
Ø Dial-A-Package [DAP] issuing holiday packages and hotel booking on phone
Ø Arranging staff tickets for staff on leave /staff on duty
Ø Taking request of Tele-Check-in & De-check-in from travel agents
Ø Preparing daily weekly and monthly Reports
Ø Conducting briefing about agents productivity reports on daily basis
