Experience in operation and maintenance of machineries such as Centrifugal compressor, Reciprocating compressor, Multi stage Centrifugal pump, Steam turbine, Gas turbine Engine Gas Refinery /Petrochemical industries.
Collects and reports historical data needed to perform the reliability focus maintenance process and construct Maintenance strategies. Coordinates execution of reliability focus maintenance process on existing equipment by heading a review group that consists of production, maintenance and project people.
Able to investigate and perform trouble shooting techniques of Machineries. Perform detailed analysis on the identified machineries anomalies and provide timely alert notification with recommendation to the site team with more insights.
Generating performance analysis and machinery health reports of machineries. Technically sound in interpreting lube oil & vibration analysis report. Taking Guidance from subordinate to enhancement my technical skill.
Able to communicate the problem effectively with the Site team leads & subjects matter expert.
Experience with SharePoint and Tableau dash board for document management. Expertise in online monitoring tools as XHQ, SEEQ, SCADAWEB & Prism, GE Predix, Up Keep, Siemens Mind sphere, AMS, System 1.
Experience with P&IDs, equipment data sheets, Interpreting vendor manuals, PFD’s, Cause &Effect diagram & operation manuals, Experience with office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Perform FMEA on critical equipment to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation steps
Lead incident investigations and troubleshooting with cross functional teams to identify the problem causes
Monitor and analyze performance data to determine inefficiencies, evaluate, optimize performance and interpret results to quantify reliability through statistical tools
Bad Actor Elimination to improve equipment MTBF and Availability
Condition Monitoring of Equipment to prevent Reactive Maintenance
Site Focal point for Gas Turbine Fleet and help teams to achieve highest availability and reliability
