Seeking a Senior Manager or Maintenance Head position in manufacturing industries where my experience and knowledge can be further utilized and developed for achieving the organization goals and meeting the customer requirements.

• In the financial year 19/20, the cost was saved of about 0.7 million inr against budget.
• In the financial year 20-21, cost reduction was done in the capex expenditure as well as budget. The total cost saved is 1.1 million inr.
• In the year 20/21, MTTR declined from 5 hours to 1 hour and the MTBF was increased from 125 hours to 250 hours. In the year 21/22, the MTBF further increased from 250 to 450 hours.
• PLC programming and HMI programming modifications were done to implement the child parts poke yoke in Door trim parts.
• Implementing servo drives for induction motors in injection molding machines and saved 20% of energy consumption in the machines.
• In the year 2018/19, the MTTR decreased from 1.8 hours to 0.9 hours and the MTBF was increased from 140 hours to 330 hours.
• In Die casting machines, implementing the concept from converting into the Electric furnace (Bricks) to Electric Furnace (Glass wool) and consequently, the power consumption is reduced and saved up to 20 % and the life span of the furnace has doubled.

• Maintaining of high-tension line (HT) for both 11 & 33 KV feeder, VCB, ACB, MV panel, SSB, PDB, LDB panels.
• Maintaining of the electrical parameters like maximum demand, power factor and harmonics with permissible limits as per TNEB requirements.
• Preparing and coordinating the maintenance activities (Planned, Predictive corrective maintenance) in core machines like PU machines (GMA), Injection machines (LS, Woojin plaimm), Die casting (Toyo), Paint shop.
• Hands on experience in PLC & HMI (Omron, Siemens,) programming and Auto cad.
• Preparing and coordinating the maintenance activities in assembly machines like Ultrasonic welding machines (Seidensha, Pearl), Spray booth, Oven, Press machines, Wrapping jig. Hands on experience CNC machines (VMC machines, CCD, Stamping line)
• Maintaining and controlling the functions of the Utilities like Air compressors, Diesel Generators, Cooling towers, Chillers, Stabilizers, Ups, Robot, Hot runner systems, Mold temperature controllers, Conveyors, STP, RO, ETP and EOT cranes.
• Preparing the shift schedule for maintenance personnel and allocating the jobs activities based on the priority and training them to improve their skills.
• Preparation of reports like EB & Fuel consumption report, MTTR & MTBF, Weekly and Monthly presentation, Budgets (Capex expenditure, Maintenance cost, Consumables, EB /Fuel cost).
• Doing gap analysis of existing maintenance practices in comparison with advanced maintenance techniques with special tools to optimize overall equipment maintenance management.
• Do analysis of existing breakdown countermeasures effectiveness and prepare why why analysis and implement permanent countermeasures.
• Preparation of layout and coordinating with installation and commissioning of new machines and adopting the new technology.
• Preparation and control of documents related to Electrical Inspection audits, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2017 and EMS.
• Implementation of Concepts like 5S, why-why analysis, FMEA, PDCA in workplace.
• Interact with suppliers, get quotation from them, do price negotiation, and send purchase order to them.
• Maintaining the critical spares based on the requirements.
• Have a good interaction with TNEB, SIPCOT, PCB personnel and get statutory documents on time.
• Planning and Execution of preparation of packages for new products (Trolley, Dampra box, Plastic boxes).
